Two Israelis were injured in a stabbing attack in Jerusalem, and the occupation forces stormed Jenin
Two Israelis were injured - one of them seriously - in a stabbing attack near the Hebron Gate in the occupied city of Jerusalem.
The occupation forces were able to arrest the perpetrator of the operation, who was 17 years old and a resident of eastern occupied Jerusalem.
What most concerns the Occupation Security Services is the return of stabbing attacks in the occupied city of Jerusalem, which the Occupation Security Services call “lone wolf” operations. The perpetrators of these operations do not belong to any Palestinian faction and carry out their operations individually.
In response to the operation, a Hamas spokesman said that the operation comes within the framework of the natural response to "the crimes of the Israeli occupation."
Storming of Jenin
On the other hand, large Israeli military forces stormed the city of Jenin on Wednesday morning from the western and northern sides, and arrested a Palestinian, before withdrawing amid clashes with the resistance.
Palestinian resistance discovered a special Israeli force disguised in civilian clothing in the Al-Hadaf neighborhood, west of the city. After discovering it, the occupation forces entered with dozens of vehicles towards the Al-Jalama checkpoint area at the northern entrance to Jenin and the Salem checkpoint at the western entrance to the city.
The forces headed to the vicinity of the Jenin camp and stormed the house of the freed prisoner, Muhammad Nenghiyeh, one of the leaders of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, and arrested him.
Jenin Brigade, affiliated with the Al-Quds Brigades, said that it targeted occupation reinforcements on Nazareth Street with bullets and explosive devices. The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), also reported in a statement that its fighters confronted the Israeli army and engaged in an armed clash with it.
The occupation army said that its forces carried out a security activity with the aim of arrest and that they began to withdraw. Israeli Army Radio also said that the forces arrested a wanted person in one of the buildings in the refugee camp.
On the other hand, last night witnessed the arrest of 13 Palestinians in various parts of the West Bank, particularly in the city of Hebron.
For months, the West Bank has witnessed a severe escalation as a result of the Israeli army’s incursions into Palestinian cities and towns, and settlers’ assaults and attacks on Palestinian villages and towns.
Yesterday, Tuesday, an Israeli female soldier was injured and a Palestinian was martyred in an exchange of fire north of the city of Jericho in the Jordan Valley. The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) described this operation as a response to the crimes of the occupation.
