On Monday morning, Ukraine launched a massive drone attack on Crimea, and the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it had repulsed a Ukrainian attack with drones on the capital, Moscow, and that two drones were intercepted and destroyed. It also announced an attack on a port facility in the Odesa region in southern Ukraine.
And the pro-Russian authorities in the peninsula announced the downing of 10 marches but said that the attack resulted in an ammunition depot being hit.
The pro-Moscow Crimean governor, Sergei Aksyonov, said that the air defense forces shot down 11 "enemy marches in the Crimean sky and neutralized them," noting that an ammunition depot was hit in the Ukrainian attack in the Djankoy region in northern Crimea.
Meanwhile, the Crimean authorities issued a decision to evacuate residents from villages near the scene of the attack, after announcing that a house had been damaged as a result of falling debris from one of the drones.
"A decision was made to evacuate residents within a 5-kilometer radius" around the accident site, Aksionov said, stressing that there were no casualties "according to preliminary information."
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the air defense forces repelled a Ukrainian attack with drones on Moscow early Monday morning and that two drones were intercepted and destroyed.

The ministry said - in a statement - that Kyiv tried to carry out what it called a "terrorist act" in Moscow by targeting several facilities there. It indicated that this attempt was thwarted using electronic warfare and that the accident did not result in any casualties.
Later, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced the neutralization of all Ukrainian marches that attacked the Russian capital today, adding that the military operation in Ukraine continues until its goals are achieved.
