The White House responds to Russia's "nuclear" threats if Ukraine's counterattack succeeds
The White House on Monday known as "reckless and irresponsible" remarks by way of Russian Protection Council vp Dmitry Medvedev suggesting that Russia would possibly resort to using nuclear guns if Ukraine succeeds in its counterattack.
