An attack on Crimean Bridge..two casualties, partial destruction, and traffic disruption

On Monday, the bridge linking Crimea and Russia was attacked, claiming the lives of a man, his wife, and their daughter, and led to the separation of part of the bridge, causing damage.
Russian Anti-Terrorism Committee stated that the Crimean Bridge attack was carried out using two unmanned naval vehicles, while Ukrainian media quoted unnamed sources as saying that Ukrainian security and the navy were responsible for the incident.
And the Russian news agency "Tass" reported that the railway traffic between Crimea and Russia resumed after an "emergency accident" on the Crimean bridge, hours after the car traffic stopped.
The Russian agency said that a train left the Crimean city of Kerch on its way to Moscow across the bridge.
Earlier Monday, Crimean Governor Sergei Aksenov announced that traffic on the Crimean Bridge had stopped "due to an emergency order," calling for choosing an alternative land route "for security reasons."
On Monday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova accused Ukraine of attacking the bridge with the participation of Britain and the United States.
"Today's (Monday) attack on the Crimean Bridge was carried out by the Kyiv regime. This regime is terrorist and has all the hallmarks of an international organized crime group," Zakharova said.
She added, "Ukrainian officials make decisions with the direct participation of intelligence services and politicians in both the United States and Britain. The United States and Britain are responsible for a terrorist state entity."
Zakharova did not provide evidence of what she said, while the Kremlin confirmed that it would work to prevent the recurrence of such an incident, noting that President Vladimir Putin would hold a video meeting on Monday evening to discuss the attack on Crimea.
On the other hand, the spokeswoman for the Southern Military Command of Ukraine, Natalia Homenyuk, said on Monday that the incident on the Crimean Bridge may be a "Russian provocation" to solve internal problems.
The RBC Ukraine news agency reported that explosions were heard on the bridge, according to Reuters.
Contrary to this official version, at least two Ukrainian media reported, citing unnamed sources, that the Ukrainian Internal Security Agency and Navy were behind the incident.
The Ukrainian Public Broadcasting Corporation and the online newspaper "Ukranska Pravda" gave only a few details about an operation they said the Ukrainian Internal Security Agency and Navy took part in, but the Public Broadcasting Corporation quoted sources as saying that the bridge was attacked by unmanned marine vehicles.
In the early hours of Sunday morning, an official appointed by Moscow said that the Russian Air Defense Forces and the Russian Black Sea Fleet participated in repelling attacks by Ukraine with drones on the port of Sevastopol in Crimea.
Mikhail Razvozayev, the mayor of Sevastopol, who was appointed by Moscow, pointed out that the attacks were over the port of Sevastopol, and the Balaclava and Khersones regions of the city.
Crimea has witnessed a series of explosions in various parts since the start of the war. And last October, a massive bombing at the Kerch Bridge linking Crimea and Russia suspended traffic.
Last August, then-Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said no restrictions were preventing his forces from striking Russia on the peninsula, and Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the Ukrainian president, threatened to destroy the bridge.
